I’m a mixed media abstract artist based in beautiful Marlborough, New Zealand.

My painting begin with quiet gestures, traces that evolve through repeated acts of covering, revealing, and reimagining. Lines of a pen, flowing paint washes, patterns from collage, texture of paint. Each layer reveals or conceals, telling a story in fragments. I’m constantly inspired by the beauty found in everyday spaces of interiors, fashion, landscape and will always be influenced by having lived almost two decades in Europe. I love that there is space in each painting to follow your own thread — to notice, to feel, to arrive somewhere unexpected.
